Eliza Kwentus

Chief Compliance Officer

Eliza helps ensure our advisors operate and communicate with integrity, transparency, and in full alignment with both our firms’ high standards and additional regulatory requirements. Our firms and advisors voluntarily commit to acting in our clients’ best interests under the fiduciary frameworks established by the SEC and the Department of Labor. At Destiny Wealth Partners and Destiny Family Office, we have robust processes and oversight in place to support that commitment.

After completing her undergraduate degree at St. Louis University, Eliza pursued a law degree, passed the Missouri Bar, and became a prosecuting attorney, handling traffic offenses to felonies. She moved to the U.S. Attorney’s Office as part of the Violent Crime Unit, focusing on prosecuting gangs in St. Louis. In 2014, she made a career pivot, and began working for Edward Jones as Associate General Counsel. During that time, she earned industry licenses Series 7, 9, 10, 24 and 66. She then moved into the Field, to learn more about how the business ran at the branch level. This gave her experience supervising branch personnel and handling compliance-related matters. In 2022, Eliza and her husband moved to Orlando, where she accepted the Senior Risk Officer position at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management for the Central North Florida Market, and in 2026 joined Destiny Wealth Partners as Chief Compliance Officer.

She’s currently studying the French language with a tutor, and hopes to become fluent, so that upon retirement she can move to France part time. She enjoys playing with her dogs, keeping up with her bonus kiddos and going to the beach with her husband.
