Kayla is committed to supporting our team in areas that include both complex market execution and a seamless client experience. She takes pride in owning the operational lifecycle, ensuring processes are optimized for accuracy and the ease of our clients.
She has worked in the financial industry for more than a decade, primarily focused on the “heavy lifting” of trading and operations for firms like Charles Schwab and BNY Mellon. She has a “knack for the most complex parts of the business, from high-net-worth account onboarding to global trade settlements,” and enjoys taking ownership of those complicated processes, analyzing the data and figuring out how to make things run more smoothly. Her goal is to take the complexity off the client’s plate, so they can do what’s most important to them.
Outside of the office, family time is Kayla’s top priority. Her world revolves around her children and husband – who was her middle school sweetheart, and they enjoy being out on a boat, and enjoying a quite movie night at home. Kayla is also a dedicated foodie who loves experimenting with new recipes and mastering my next favorite dish!

What motivates you? I’m motivated by making a meaningful impact. I thrive on challenges that allow me to innovate, whether it is creating new solutions or improving existing processes.
What’s your favorite food? While I am an avid foodie with an appreciation for all cuisines, my heart belongs to the bold flavors I grew up with. Having been raised on incredible Thai and Asian dishes, they remain my favorite to cook and enjoy!
